Our thesis

Own the outcome. Create the option.

Build Own Sell helps independent entrepreneurs build businesses another owner could understand, trust and operate.

An ink sketch connects a working product, an operating business and a transferable ownership folder.

Why this exists

When software becomes easier to create, the important question moves beyond “can we build it?” to “does it create durable value, and can someone else own that value?” Our focus is AI-enabled B2B software and productized services, initially around $25,000–$5 million enterprise value.

The long-term resource covers retaining, partly selling or fully transferring ownership. The initial product is narrower: sourced acquisition research, educational tools and carefully scoped readiness work.

A Sprinter product

Sprinter builds and incubates businesses. That relationship creates relevant expertise and potential conflicts. We disclose related-party businesses and keep paid placement separate from editorial evidence. We do not describe our own ventures as independent third-party recommendations.

What is live in this build

The research, acquisition archive and local tools work without a paid account. Paid offers are pilot requests, not active subscriptions. Buyer criteria are public-source research, not confirmed active mandates. No live seller listings, advisor endorsements or successful transactions are claimed. Private inquiries and email subscriptions are not open in this release. The published web edition and feeds are available.
