Local tools
The valuation, moat, QuickBooks JSON import and CIM tools process inputs locally. No tool content is sent to our backend or an AI provider. Downloaded exports are saved to your device. Do not paste unredacted sensitive information merely because the tool is local.
Requests and newsletter
Private inquiries and email subscriptions are not open in this release. Read the newsletter on the website or use its RSS and JSON feeds. Local drafts and exports do not create a public listing, contact a buyer or subscribe you to marketing.
Hosting and analytics
This site includes no advertising pixels or third-party analytics. The hosting provider may process technical request and security logs when serving pages. Your tool inputs are processed in your browser; they are not included in a separate inquiry unless you explicitly submit one through an activated service.
Confidential deal rooms
This release does not accept confidential deal documents through the request form. Encrypted storage, account permissions, buyer-specific sharing, access logs and revocation must be tested before a private document product is offered.
