Trust is the product

A receipt for every important claim.

Our goal is to help you make better decisions—not to make uncertain opportunities sound certain.

Facts, claims and interpretations

We distinguish primary disclosures, seller statements, marketplace reports, provider-observed metrics, calculations and editorial hypotheses. An announcement is not a closing; consideration is not proceeds; reviews are not revenue; a simulated buyer is not an interested acquirer.

AI-assisted, human-accountable

Software can help extract and organize sources. Material financial and transaction claims require review. Untrusted source content is data, never instructions to agents. We preserve counter-evidence, missing periods, conflicting figures and source dates.

Commercial relationships

Sponsorship and affiliates must be labeled beside the relevant placement. Paid directory placement does not buy an endorsement or an evidence badge. Sprinter-affiliated businesses require visible related-party disclosure and must not be disguised as independent editorial discoveries.

Private information and consent

Public business information does not imply an intent to sell. Owner inquiries remain private. Teasers, confidential documents, buyer-specific distribution and marketing subscriptions require separate permissions. We do not claim a provider, family office or investment firm as a partner without authorization.

Corrections and freshness

Published observations carry timestamps and sources. Corrections should retain the original claim and a versioned explanation. A scheduled job is not evidence of a successfully refreshed dataset; stale or failed ingestion must be visible. This release is a researched launch snapshot.

Professionals and legal boundaries

Educational tools and research are not appraisals, legal advice, tax advice, investment recommendations or securities offers. Actual matching, compensation and transaction activities must be reviewed for applicable federal and state requirements before launch.
