Four distinct states
- Researched buyer. An official page supports the summary. Unclaimed; no authority or current buying activity confirmed.
- Buyer-submitted request. An authorized account supplies criteria. Still not proof of funds or willingness to buy a particular business.
- Confirmed active mandate. Named authority, scope, dated confirmation, expiry and a reviewed contact process. Funding claims have their own evidence level.
- Paid build brief. A signed commercial agreement for a specific deliverable. This is commissioned work, not automatically an independent startup acquisition.
Research without impersonation
Summarize public buyer-controlled sources and link to them. Do not fabricate a first-person request, logo endorsement or buyer profile claim. Respect access rules; do not copy another marketplace’s protected database. A fresh source fetch is not fresh buyer confirmation.
Numbers keep their meaning
Keep currency, period, source wording and threshold strength. Preferred MRR is not minimum MRR. ARR is not trailing revenue. Adjusted EBITDA is not net profit. Acquisition price is not the buyer’s revenue requirement or available equity check.
Safe publication and contact
Keep private investment theses private. Prospective sellers choose who receives identity and documents. Buyers can correct, claim, pause or withdraw requests after the identity workflow is implemented. This local release does not issue accounts or automatically send anything.
Changes and refresh
The agent specification targets existing Amble actions, sessions, source records and response review. The collector would preserve previous versions and flag changes, stale pages, contradictions and inaccessible sources. No new scheduler has been activated in this release.
Success is useful matching
Measure buyer confirmations, owner-consented submissions, accepted-fit rate, actionable replies, qualification time, paid renewals and actual outcomes. Do not label a scraped company as a lead accepted by the buyer.
