No arbitrary demo execution, downloaded code execution, access to production accounts, unsolicited outbound, charge or payout is allowed by these local tools. Hosted agents must use tenant-scoped service identities, tool allowlists, idempotent submissions, budget caps and the existing Sprinter session/response review model.
